Unfortunately, it was overpriced, and I received no feedback on whether or when the bike would be ready. I was charged for a test ride on my bike; I've completely lost trust in the shop.

Dear Sara, as soon as a bike is ready, we call our customers. Workshop prices are clearly displayed on electronic boards in the bike-bar entrance area. Our prices are competitive. A test ride is very important and is part of our service. To be fair, we include the test ride cost on the invoice so customers have a clear overview of the price. Best regards, the bike-bar team

Called, dropped off bike, picked it up repaired two days later, paid a fair price for what was worth, experienced absolute friendliness – it couldn't be better, 6 stars! I'll buy my next bikes here… And now they've kept their promise. Bought two new e-bikes. What amazing competence and expertise! On top of that, they were incredibly customer-oriented, friendly, and patient.

The best bike shop with the best service far and wide: a super friendly, helpful, and competent team. We've been customers for over 20 years with several bikes and are as satisfied as on day one. Why? Because even the smallest issues are always resolved promptly, and a solution is found for every problem, no matter how unusual. Top-notch in every respect!

I happened to be passing by, went in, and received excellent advice. The selection and presentation of the bikes are understated and unpretentious, yet they still have almost every type of bicycle in stock and across various price ranges. For me, it's a classic "bike shop" in the best sense, with good advice and friendly people (a customer who came to the counter to pick up a repaired part was told that the repair was free and that he could, at most, put something in the coffee fund). A solid shop.

Great advice, friendly contact, and a great feel for the customer. They take a lot of time for each customer. I can therefore only recommend the Bike Bar.

Great service and friendly staff! My rear wheel was flat and was repaired super quickly. I was able to pick it up after just one day – despite the current workload! They also answered any further questions I had in a friendly and professional manner. I'm always happy to come back :)

Hi, very good bike repair shop. Always happy to come back, you guys are great. I had a broken gear system, and even though they're at full capacity during the coronavirus pandemic, they kindly squeezed me in, and the repair only took 1-2 weeks, and I got my bike back. At other bike shops, I would have had to wait 3-4 months. Many thanks to the whole team, and best regards. Best, Dani :-)

These guys repaired my bike and it was like new. I thought I was going to have 500 euros worth of repairs and they got it back to great condition for 90 euro. I will return here for all my bicycle needs

I'm absolutely thrilled! The advice was excellent, taking all my wishes into account, and then they even had the perfect bike for my daughter in the shop – we were able to take it home right away. My daughter and I agree: we'll always go there from now on! Many thanks to a fantastic team!
