Great experience from start to finish. The team was very helpful with my order and made sure the end cap for my bike was processed and shipped quickly. Communication was clear, the service was professional, and everything arrived exactly as expected. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them. Eric

One of the best bike shops in Germany if not in the world. For Americans, staff speaks English, great selection of bikes, very customer service oriented. Been coming here for eight years to buy kids bikes and get repaired. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

Someone complained about the fact that you don't offer repair service to people who didn't buy their bike from you, and you asked them to come up with a concept. So here I have your concept. To clarify, I bought my bike in Hamburg a couple of years ago, from a nice family-owned bike store, who unfortunately don't have a store here in Stuttgart where I live now. So my poor bike can't get the necessary maintenance and repairs. I bet your customers will have the same problem if they move from Stuttgart to another city that you don't serve. The concept: You let me buy a €100 voucher that I can only use to buy a new bike from you within the next X years. In exchange for prepaying now for my future bike, you treat me as an existing customer and offer me maintenance services for my current bike. If I don't end up buying a new bike from you within the X years, I will lose the 100€. Please let me know if you accept because I'm desperate to get my bike repaired.

They don't actually stock majority of bike equipment. (my assumption is they want you to have the bike repaired at the shop. Just an assumption though.) However their personnel is quite friendly and helpful (guys in the repair shop, not really in the store itself). They pointed me to store that actually has bike equipment!

Went there to have some repairs done on two of my bikes. First question from the clerk at the cash register was if those bikes were bought from bikesnboards. As i replied that this is not the case i was told with an arrogant smirk that in this case they would not offer any repair/maintenance services to me unless i have bought at least one bike with them. That's not how you treat prospective customers, that's pure arrogance. I was actually considering to upgrade my trailbike to a 2023 S-Works Stumpjumper but wanted to check out their attitude to service first. Obviously, i will not buy from a store with such an arrogant attitude. It shows peoples' character when business is just to good. The best bike is no good if you dont get decent service. This should be a one star rating; the second star is only for the central location of the store in downtown Stuttgart. P.s.: the business opportunity here (if it was not obvious enough!) is to set up an (additional) service and repair shop that is open to any clients. You could even charge higher rates to external clients. I am sure there are enough people willing to just get their bike fixed. So just rent some space, hire mechanics, buy some tooling and off you go. That is some FREE business advice. You are welcome.

I was looking for a bike for my son 20'' MTB went to so many bike stores and same question I got every time (cannot order the color you want you buy what we have in the store or, unfriendly sales specialist) first walked in to bikes’n boards first impression good selection of bikes. Talked to this sales guy (Vince) he was awesome took the time to answer all question spoke English had no problems, he ordered the bike we wanted color red 20'' specialized kids MTB. My son loves the bike, bikes’n board sales team are helpful but remember it depends who you talk to he was Not pushy to make a sale took his time to understand the customer. I will definitely go back to bikes’n board for my next bike for sure and I’ll be there in few months for my bike services.

If you buy an expensive bike you might expect that they at least adjust the gearshift correctly, so it does not breakt down after 10min of riding, but thats exactly what happened with the bike i bought at bikesnboards Stuttgart. At least the bikesnboards in Konrwestheim was very helpful in fixing the gearshift the next day. Still for this price i didn't expect something like that to happen.
