I needed new chainrings and was passing through Stuttgart. Bobo's Bikeshop was the only bike shop in the area that had the chainrings I needed in stock. The team there was incredibly friendly and helpful, and with a few tips, I had my bike repaired in no time, so I was able to continue my tour without any problems. So, I highly recommend them and thank you again!!

I won't be going back to Bobo because of their exorbitant prices and deliberately opaque pricing. My bike was there for maintenance through my company bike scheme. Every single step was itemized on the bill with outrageous hourly rates for assembly. Some doctors would envy those rates. The prices for replacement parts were above the manufacturers' recommended retail price and twice as high as at other bike shops. But the worst part: they replaced a kind of washer on the handlebars. They said, "That only costs €5." I already thought that was quite a lot. But what they (deliberately) didn't mention: for replacing the washer, which would take me less than a minute, Bobo charged me a whopping €12. That's price gouging, and trying to deliberately hide it is an outrage. I'm giving it two stars for the mechanics' decent work.

Thank you for taking the time to describe your experience in such detail. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your visit.

Transparency and fair communication are very important to us. Our invoices deliberately itemize each step of the process so that customers can understand exactly what services were provided. This includes short but safety-relevant tasks that must be carried out and documented professionally. We sincerely regret that you perceived this as opaque or inappropriate.

Our hourly rates and spare parts prices are based on qualified personnel, manufacturer specifications, warranty obligations, and the general terms and conditions for JobRad maintenance. However, we understand that, especially with smaller jobs, it can sometimes seem as if the effort and costs are disproportionate. We take this feedback very seriously.

We are sorry that you felt you were not adequately informed about the cost of replacing the spacer. We should have communicated this more clearly. This does not meet our standards for customer service.

Our hourly rates and spare parts prices are based on qualified personnel, manufacturer specifications, warranty obligations, and the general terms and conditions for JobRad maintenance. Good bikeshop! I had to remove a travel reducer and even tho they dont do this officially, they still tried and we managed to do it successfully with the younger mechanic! I would say that if he can do this, he can do anything amazingly! Thank you very much!

Another 5 Star review. First, they are totally willing to speak english but were encouraging and friendly when I tried my broken best to speak German. My work cost slightly more (€30) than predicted, but when we discussed what happened, I realized they made a great decision for the bike, and only charged me half the price of the additional work. Overall my impression was that the cost is very reasonable for such a pro shop. My bike felt SO GOOD when I was riding away.

Amazing service and terrific people! I was biking in Degerloch when my bike chain broke. I thought I was stuck until I looked up and saw an employee politely waving at me. He stopped what he was doing and brought his tools out to my bike and fixed it. I was able to get to work on time and am very grateful. The service was terrific and he was very polity. Thank you!
