I had my first service appointment today. I'm speechless at how wonderfully I was treated. I've never experienced such excellent service! Even though I didn't buy my bike there, I received expert advice and the minor repair was tackled immediately, so I didn't have to come back. Many thanks again to the fantastic team. I'll definitely be back in the future!

Scheduling and bike drop-off by Jens was quick and efficient. Documentation via SMS was prompt. The morning after dropping off the bike, I received another SMS with information about pickup and what exactly needed to be done. Upon pickup, Marian provided a detailed explanation of the work and costs. This Cube Store has really benefited from the new team! Thanks, Gabi

Highly recommended! The shop has a huge selection of different bicycles and accessories. The prices are also excellent. You receive personalized advice tailored to your needs, and no incorrect recommendations are given. The customer decides which bike best suits their requirements. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

I picked up my company bike today. The staff took plenty of time for me, both during the selection process and the pick-up, and were always friendly. The helpful and solution-oriented service deserves special mention. Highly recommended!

The store is super well-organized. The front section is home to the pretty road bikes and the great gravel bikes (exactly what I was looking for). The middle section contains the mountain bikes (fully equipped), organic bikes, and e-bikes. They're super nice, especially the new colors of the 2026 models. The back section contains the touring and city bikes (e-bikes). I even got to sit on one there. What can I say, the seat and ride feel are absolutely fantastic. The employee even adjusted the saddle for my test ride. There's enough space for test rides, even for just walking around, looking around, and asking questions. It's a great place. At the end of the day, I became the happy owner of a new Nuroad Pro in a size M frame. A big thank you to Benjamin for advising me on the Nuroad. A big thank you also to Jens for showing me and explaining the touring bikes, for example, the Kathmandu Hybrid. Great shop, you are warmly welcomed and received here.

Fantastic customer service - very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Very patient with those who speak limited German. Will provide services for non-Cube bikes at a reasonable price.

Knowledgeable staff and helpful with all of our questions. A nice selection of bikes as well. Unfortunately they do not accept VAT forms.

Hey Dear CUBE Vaihingen store, When will you pick up the phone ? Come on! Corona is gone. You can touch the phone receiver. Hehe.. Just Kiding. Please answer calls of customer. There are many similar reviews. Cube might a good brand. But, many brands closed in the world due to bad customer support.
