I visited the Dainese store in Stuttgart to design and have my measurements taken for my custom-made leather suit – and I'm absolutely thrilled. The two employees took an incredible amount of time for me, explained everything in detail, and were both very professional and incredibly friendly. I felt completely comfortable and received excellent advice throughout the entire appointment. Thank you so much for the fantastic service – I'm really looking forward to my custom-made suit and will definitely be back!

I had a custom suit made a year ago and was unfortunately sold the wrong size. I have a Dainese Grobnik in size 44 and wanted to have that exact size custom suit made because it fits me perfectly. A gentleman, who doesn't work there anymore, told me I absolutely had to get a size 42 (which I tried on in the store). After what seemed like weeks, my leather suit was finished, and the first fitting was a nightmare. It took me 20 minutes to even get into the suit and I felt like a sausage. And no, I didn't gain or lose any weight. After trying on the leather suit on my Ducati and being told "it'll stretch," I trusted it. A year later, I can tell you: Nothing stretched anymore, and at some point I couldn't wear the suit anymore because it was constricting everything. Even the zipper broke. After maybe five wears... Even for my height (1.70m), a size 42 isn't suitable. I'm so disappointed that as a regular customer, I'm treated so poorly and that so much money (€1,500) has simply been wasted on a suit I'll never be able to wear. All these influencers are nicely sponsored and receive exclusive service. I have no words for this. Never again Dainese.

Last week, I went to the store with a friend. I only wanted to try on a leather suit I'd previously reserved online. In the end, we both walked out of the store fully kitted out. We received incredibly friendly and expert advice. The atmosphere in the store was fantastic! We spent a long time there and were given plenty of time to try everything on. During each fitting, we were given a thorough check to make sure all the protectors were properly positioned on the motorcycle and that nothing was pinching or pressing. It was a really enjoyable experience. Thorsten was honest, didn't try to sell us anything unnecessary, and his friendly manner made the shopping experience truly positive. I never usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with this store and the service that I had to. Thank you for this wonderful experience! I will definitely be back and will recommend the store to others!

She was not only extremely competent and professional, but also incredibly patient and friendly. During two visits, she took plenty of time to explain everything to us in detail, answer our questions in detail, and show us the best options. Thanks to her expertise and friendly manner, we found exactly what we were looking for – and are more than satisfied with our purchase! Well organized, with great advice. I reserved a leather suit, and everything was ready when I arrived. I was shown the matching gloves, back protector, etc., to try on. I didn't have to search for anything myself. The service was perfect, with clean restrooms and a fresh glass of water.

Very good selection of Dainese, AGV and TCX. The advisory was very professional and having the possibility to sit on a motorcycle while wearing your potential new leather suit makes it even easier to decide.
