I took my wife's e-bike in for service shortly before Christmas. The repair was carried out very quickly and competently. Mr. Doll is not only well-versed in bicycle technology, but also draws on a wealth of personal cycling experience. After all, he rides/has ridden bike races himself. That's a huge advantage when it comes to assessing bicycles. His friendly manner makes a conversation with him very pleasant. I would happily recommend this workshop – away from large bicycle repair shops. Just now (October 2025), Mr. Doll replaced the entire drivetrain on my bike: new crank, new cassette, new chain. He also replaced one of two shift levers and the cables on both shift components. This was urgently needed, as I recently had a cable come loose from the shift lever. I am very glad that I had this work done by Mr. Doll after receiving expert advice. The bike rides perfectly again, and the gears work as precisely as on the first day. The effort was worth it for my Fahrradmanufaktur bike. Now I can cycle thousands of kilometers with him again. Thank you!

I've had both my bikes checked and repaired here for almost 10 years now. Everything has always been done very professionally, and they've always consulted with me if the work turned out to be more extensive than initially anticipated. They've never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. This is a truly old-school business. Thomas himself is very friendly and always has time to listen, even during busy periods. It's always a pleasure!

As an experienced bicycle mechanic, he anticipates your needs, offers fair advice, and always seeks the best solution, not just the quickest or most expensive sale. He's an almost extinct type of craftsman, one where you truly feel you're in good hands. Highly recommended!

Mr. Doll responded very quickly to my email inquiry. I was able to bring my bike in directly for the inspection. Appointments aren't necessary; bikes are serviced on a first-come, first-served basis. The inspection took two weeks, but that wasn't a problem due to the bad weather. And considering how difficult it is to even get an appointment for an inspection, it was perfectly acceptable. Mr. Doll was competent and friendly. I'm completely satisfied. I would gladly use his services again.

Highly competent advice, quick repair, and a fair price. Mr. Doll went to great lengths to order even hard-to-find spare parts. While he was at it, he also fixed some minor issues with the bike. I am very satisfied and highly recommend him!

A truly competent and friendly service. I stopped by without an appointment and wanted to inquire about a brake change without obligation. I was able to leave my bike there right away. After just three hours, I received a message saying the bike was ready for pickup, even though they said it would take until the end of the week. They also performed an inspection. Expert tips were also provided. And all at an unbeatable price. Highly recommended. I'd be happy to come back anytime.

Even in the middle of the exceptional cycling season due to the pandemic, when you sometimes have to wait several weeks for an appointment at other shops, Mr. Doll repaired my bike, which I hadn't bought from him, within a few days at a fair price. Many thanks for the excellent service, which is by no means a given!
