Excellent service and competent repairs. The battery on my Coboc e-bike "Torino" kept failing after short rides. The dealer where I bought the bike couldn't get it fixed (attempted repairs and incorrect diagnosis). e-bike schahl found the problem, replaced the battery, and reassembled everything. Now it's running like it did on day one, and I'm enjoying relaxed cycling again. Many thanks to Dave and his team.

The trip from Ulm was well worth it. Excellent service and everyone was very friendly. Everything that was done was explained in detail, and everything was completed to my complete satisfaction. Cowboy 4 Classic complete service including brake cylinder replacement (SunRace recall by Cowboy) and tire change.

Great e bike shop! Dave and family are awesome. Took the time to explain all the features. Encouraged me to ride it around the block a few times. And got a great deal on a bike! Super excited. Highly recommend

I needed some professional to look at my road bike's drive train due to an annoying noise that was coming out of it. I walked into the store and they were kind enough to take a look despite being obviously busy with their other engagements. They were able to quickly pin point the cause and fix it for a very reasonable charge. Thanks!!
