Outstanding buke store with really helpful staff. Go here often for oarts or repair. Only gripe i have is that they dont accept VAT form from military so buying a bike here is a no go.

Went with family to buy a "classic"/"bio" bike. Wife found finally a compact e-bike. The staff on side was very friendly, helpful (repaired for the small one the horn on her beginners cycle) and patient. We had an lengthy sales talk in English and a trial on site. Bike will be prepped for ready use and pick up.

I bought a bike online, but I've received a wrong one. No phone support. Wrote an email to customer support but no answers. I would change my review only if they are going to solve my issue ASAP

Went there today looking for a new triathlon bike. The assistant was somewhat confused and told me he could offer me a gravel bike. I tried explaining what I wanted but no luck,despite them being offered in the online shop. The shop is somewhat outside of town (30 min walk), so won’t be hurrying back anytime soon. Sorry, but poor first impression.

Be prepared to have amazing customers service! The staff at Fahrrad.de Stuttgart are helpful and knowledgeable about bikes. I've purchased bikes from this location and also trust them to perform service. Everyone I've worked with has been extremely kind and patient. Would highly recommend this shop! *I'm not fluent in German, most of the staff can speak English and or works with you to figure out what you need.

Second Review: This time for the Outstanding service department!! Came in today for an unscheduled minor warranty issue on my E-Bike chain and the service department replaced the whole derailleur within an hour. Every time I come here i have received quality service. Bonus: Everyone's English is way better than my German. Note: Make your service appointments early. Thank you again for getting my bike serviced as quickly as you did!

A great all-around experience, unlike other shops in the area we went to, the staff was friendly and not pushy at all. Despite speaking English just fine, they even indulged my Husband's bad German as he wanted to speak German throughout the process. We worked with three different salespeople and they all were extremely knowledgeable and patient while we tried different bikes. We got a great e-bike at a great price. Overall a great experience, this will be be our go-to bike shop in Stuttgart.

Excellent shop. The workers there were knowledgeable friendly and generous. This is definitely my preferred shop in Stuttgart. It looks like most of the bad reviews here are from people frustrated with the online shop. I otherwise would have expected a much much higher rating; the in store service can't be beat.

I bought a cube e bike recently. Love the bike and the staff has been great. I even ran into a faulty battery (very rare). They let me borrow a loaner battery and ordered a new one. They are harder to get on the phone but when you are there, you see why. They are very busy. It's a clean store, friendly staff, and I recommend them.

Superb experience! The worker that helped me had knowledge, and sympathy. I was able to try for some time the possible bikes to buy, and even experimented bikes that wasn't going to buy. Although there was no stock for my size, I left the store certain of what I wanted to buy online, to receive the bike at home.
