Friendly and competent service that many other bike shops could learn a thing or two from. The derailleur on my 21-speed KTM touring bike, about 15 years old, was repaired and adjusted. After just one day of repair time (I broke it yesterday and picked it up today), it's working perfectly again. The repair costs were also very reasonable. A highly recommended bike shop! Thanks to the team!

My gear shifter, pedals, and pedal bearings were broken. They fixed them quickly and easily. The price was also good and fair. Thank you very much, I can highly recommend them.

On my way to work, I got a flat tire near the service station: "We don't repair e-bikes" - "But it's the same tire?" - "We don't repair e-bikes at all" - "Do you know of another bike service nearby that can help me?" - "No." So I had to push my bike to work and then have a colleague drive me to another bike shop in his station wagon. Great.

I had my disc brake pads replaced today. The service was very prompt and efficient, albeit a bit rough. Good work, but €40 for a 15-minute job plus €31.90 for materials, or €70.90 for both brake pads, is a bit steep. The shop is hard to find.

Hello Mr. Michels, as an employee of this workshop, I can confirm: To cope with a surge in demand like the current one, we would need significantly more staff, which we are not permitted to do due to the COVID-19 safety measures. Nevertheless, we will continue to try to serve all customers.

The gear cable on my Bianchi bike snapped inside the shifter, so I didn't dare attempt the repair myself. The team repaired it very competently in just two days. At a traditional bike shop, you either can't get an appointment at all or you have to wait a really long time. And the cost is incredibly low. A real alternative, especially since it's right by the train station and only 5 minutes from my workplace. Thank you so much!

I was there for the first time today. I only had a small thing to adjust, so I can't really comment on the quality of the larger repairs. However, the adjustment was done for me free of charge, and the employee was the friendliest person I've ever encountered in a bike shop. Thank you so much for that. And sorry I didn't have much change for the donation box; I'll make up for that next time.

The men were very friendly and accommodating. The boss repaired my gear shift in just two quick steps, free of charge! The rest of the repair (changing the inner tube, patching up the light) was also very reasonably priced.
