It said that the bike is available, and after I finished completing the order I get error that the bike is not available. The payments methods are not clear and there is no option to pay with card. You should make your website more useful.

The best 🚴🏻‍♀️bike store/service in Stuttgart I've seen so far! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always have answers to all my questions and solutions to my (*bike-related*) problems. As a girl who is also relatively new to biking, I sometimes don't know myself what I need, but the guys always manage to "guess" my (*bike-related*😅) wishes and fulfill them ☺️ As a non-native in German, I also appreciate that I can speak English there! I got to know the store when I lived at Feuersee, now I live in Möhringen, but I am staying a loyal client, because that's the people I can trust. Thank you so much for all your help ❤️

While other big shops around were very busy, it does not justify being unfriendly and not even trying to accommodate small fixes. These guys were super attentive, fixed our tires, easily and extremely fast. I was very pleased with how quickly they responded. They gained a client for sure!

Not the cheapest shop but still valid for emergencies. I rarely visit a bike shop because I do mainly all the reparations myself. Anyway, they always suggest to renew all the material in order to sell, of course. Luckily the move to this bigger place and I wish them the best. The other place in Schwabstr was too small. Good but maybe a bit new customer oriented.

Awesome Place to get anything from a minor fix to the best advice you can get.. They treat you like a friend.. I will be telling all my friends. Oh and if you want to purchase a nice bike, they have a great selection! 😁
