Thumbs down for this store, seriously. The old man with the long grey braid was very unfriendly and incompetent, and seemed very aggressive and annoyed just because I had a few questions about certain products!

My visit to the store was some time ago, but it's been on my mind ever since because I found the employee incredibly rude. I was reminded of it today when I received my desired item in the mail, hence this review. I was greeted very reluctantly; a poor start, especially since there were no other customers present. My question about a specific product was met with arrogance and rudeness. Offering me an alternative wasn't even considered. I thanked them and left. This is how brick-and-mortar retail is going downhill. It's a shame, as I don't like ordering online, but anyone who behaves like that in a physical store...

I do not recommend. Staff is unfriendly to say the least! I tried to return a shaker, not used of course, on the same day I bought it with receipt. They did not want to refund me the money. Instead I got a voucher which I had to spend in the shop. I ended up spending the 6 euros plus and since then I buy my gym stuff somewhere else.

I'll definitely be coming more often in the future. I stumbled across Fitness Project on Instagram by chance and thought, since I'm looking for the right supplements to support my training anyway, I'd stop by. I was looking for a protein powder and a fat burner. When I walked into the store, I was greeted warmly and immediately asked if I needed any help. I explained what I was looking for and received excellent, expert advice that didn't seem rehearsed, unlike most sales pitches. I got exactly what I was looking for. The selection is well-organized, and plenty of well-known supplement brands are represented. I didn't find the prices exorbitant, as some have mentioned here, but rather quite normal for a brick-and-mortar store. You can't really compare retail prices with online prices. The internet is, of course, cheaper, but you don't get such friendly and knowledgeable service there. See you next time at Fitness Project :)

Bought weights for 1.5 EUR / kg which is 0.8 EUR per pound for the non continentals :)
