I highly recommend Fitshop Stuttgart. They have a great selection of treadmills, weights, and other fitness equipment. They have free delivery also. Customer Service is excellent. Christian was great!

A great overall shopping experience. The salesman (Benjamin) was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. He made the process for purchasing our Peloton bike very seamless and easy. Also, they accept VAT Forms while the actual Peloton store does not. we would highly recommend this store to others.

They have a decent selection of fitness equipment. Prices were on par with other sports equipment resellers downtown. We waited about 45 minutes because only one of the employees was actually helping customers. But when it was our turn the employee was very friendly and patient with our poor German. -1 star for the extended wait during. Also, they take VAT forms and offer free delivery to the street.

This review is about the delivery ONLY! The people in the Stuttgart shop were awesome and took their time and answered ALL our questions. On to the review. While we understand that with COVID delivery was going to be delayed, etc, however, received a call this Thursday to let us know the delivery would take place between 0900 and 1300, sweet, it’s finally here. 1300 rolls around, no calls, nada. So I start calling the number that called me Thursday, no answer, repeatedly until someone finally answered around 1500. I asked a status, mind you, there is a language barrier and that is on me, not the driver so no big deal. Delivery update is now 1700, got it, I’m upset but, want the treadmill here already. It is now 1736 and crickets...no calls, no updates, nada. Sport-tiedje REALLY needs to reevaluate who they are using for deliveries.

If you are American try to avoid this place. There was some misunderstanding regarding the NF2 VAT(understandable given the cultural differences), which they do not accept. They do accept the NF1 VAT. It ended up not being a huge issue (out 100 euro in the end), but the reason for the low rating is because of the worst customer service I have experienced here in Germany...and I have low expectations of customer service. I can't help but think it was because I am American given the other high ratings. I don't know for sure though. NOTE: we bought a rower from this place last year, and though not a great experience, it wasn't nearly as bad this experience (probably a 3 star rating). If you decide to buy from this place, I hope your experience is better than mine. I truly do.

I recently purchased a water rower from this location and had such a great experience. I was given good information to compare against models, and was given the time to make a decision I was happy about and never felt rushed. The staff was very friendly and would definitely come back for another purchase.

Great experience. We came to look for a rower. The staff was friendly and helpful and we left with an order. There is also quite a selection of different machines for home training readily available to try out and touch. If we look for another machine we'd definitely come back.
