I highly recommend Özzy. I called him because the fork on my e-bike was broken. He told me to easily send him a video via WhatsApp and then simply come to the workshop during opening hours. He took care of it very quickly, and any follow-up questions or appointments were always super easy and straightforward via email. Besides repairing the fork, he also tightened a few other screws for me. The price was communicated transparently beforehand, and the extra charge for the additional work at the end was minimal. A clear recommendation if you're looking for a stress-free, reliable, and hassle-free bike repair shop right in the heart of Stuttgart. I'll be back—but hopefully only for a service and not with a broken bike! 🙃

A heartfelt recommendation! Something was wrong with the seatpost on my new gravel bike, and I was completely stumped. I'd already been to several bike shops, but none of them could help me right away. Finally, I got a recommendation and the phone number for fixundfertig Fahrradwerkstatt (ready-to-go bike repair shop) – and they let me drop by completely spontaneously. They looked at my bike immediately and repaired it right away. I never would have expected it to be so quick, easy, and professional. I was able to take my bike with me immediately and get back on the road. Especially during the hectic Christmas season, this kind of service is anything but a given. I took my bicycle to the "Fix und Fertig" workshop for repairs and I'm very satisfied with the entire process. The repair was completed within the agreed timeframe of two weeks. Since then, the bicycle has been running perfectly again, comparable to its condition when I first bought it. The workshop owner was friendly, calm, and approachable. He took the time to listen carefully to the problem and explain possible solutions clearly. Communication was transparent and reliable. Even when I had questions, he responded professionally and without any rush. I had previously had several negative experiences with bicycle repairs in Stuttgart, whether regarding pricing, quality, or the way people treated me. I want to extend a huge thank you to Özzy from Fix & Fertig Bike Workshop. He took care of everything when my company bike e-MTB suffered frame damage due to another workshop. He handled all the paperwork with Jobrad for me, which isn't something you can take for granted. Open communication is absolutely essential, and you can really feel that transparency at this workshop. I'd previously taken my personal e-MTB to him, and everything went perfectly then, too. He fixed everything that was broken and needed to be done. You can feel the passion and expertise at Fix & Fertig. It was the first time I truly felt well taken care of and taken seriously. I can wholeheartedly recommend this workshop to anyone who wants their bike repaired properly, not just superficially.
