My bicycle was badly vandalized at Korntal train station. A dealer from Widow said: "New rear wheel..." etc. Mr. Botta managed to fix it anyway... Fair price, clean work. No distance is too far. Helmut R.

I always find Mr. Botta to be a friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious person. The subsequent bike tour underscored how easy the gears were to use, and the high-quality tires allowed me to "fly" along on all types of roads and paths. Absolutely perfect, thank you!

I was able to drop off my bike spontaneously. He repaired it right there on the spot and didn't charge anything because it was just a minor issue.

I called and was able to just drop by without him asking where I bought my bike or what brand it was. I went... Even though he was working on another bike, he dropped everything. He looked at my bike and immediately knew what was wrong. Less than 20 minutes later, I was able to cycle home. And all for a tip! Thank you so much. Needless to say, he's very friendly and competent! Excellent value for money!!!

Great bike repair shop, fast and competent repairs at fair prices. Mr. Botta fixed a mistake made by another shop that had fitted my bike with a tire that was too wide. He informed me of any further repairs needed, and these were taken care of immediately. Helpful explanations of what was wrong with the bike were provided free of charge. Easily accessible by subway, even with a flat tire, making it a great insider tip for anyone living in Stuttgart's city center.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the bike repair shop. We dropped off our daughters' bikes for a check-up and repair and were very pleased with the service. When we called to make an appointment, we were pleasantly surprised to be able to come in the same day. One of the bikes had a recurring flat tire. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable. We left the bikes there and received a call three days later to pick them up. Upon collection, we received some very welcome news: it was simply a loose valve on the rear wheel, not a flat tire. Everything was adjusted perfectly, and the bikes were even cleaned. The price for the service was absolutely justified, and we are happy to have found someone nearby who does such excellent work. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the bike repair shop and highly recommend it. They provide first-class service, and your bikes are in good hands.
