Pretty disappointing visit. Shopkeeper couldn't wait to send me out even when nobody else was in. Hardly showed one pair, was forced to show another. No explanation of shoe benefits. Also shoved a size too large. Now the shoe has lost a lot of cushioning just after a month. Overall would not recommend for new customers.

Very professional and friendly staff, English speaking. They analyzed my way of running and give me the right shoes plus suggest some exercise. Highly recommend

The advice was incredibly friendly and helpful. A gait analysis was performed both indoors and outdoors, and everything was explained clearly. All without any time pressure. I feel very confident that I've found the right shoes for me.

As with everyone else, received good advice on the type and model of the shoe. Ended up buying Saucony Guide 18 in march 2025. Unfortunately, the shoe developed tears in just a couple of month, even with mild use and barely used since then. Upon advice from Saucony, approached the store for replacement. The email response was frail but it was coming. However for months now, there is no revert. I've written to them again so lets see how it goes. I am in India so difficult to coordinate otherwise.

The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I went to purchase Altras for my mom. Despite the language barrier, he assisted us with great pride and professionalism. He ensured that my mom got the right size and thoroughly explained the features of the shoes, such as the wide toe box and zero elevation.

Great place to buy a running shoes. Especially if you don't know your foot type and what type of shoes are good fit for it

This is the BEST running shop I have ever been to. Have been running for 20+ years and have got weird feet and legs because of it! The guy who served me (sorry, I dont know your name...) was outstanding and diagnosed the problems I had with my feet, recommmending a doctor I should visit and insoles I needed to buy to correct my weird "1 leg longer than the other" problem. Very reasonably priced......cheaper than the high street "fake" sports shops. Second time I have been there, will not be the last. Also speaks excellent English, sorry that my German is so rubbish!
