They are super friendly and helpful. My bike needed a small repair. I arrived there 10 minutes before their closing time and without an appointment. They kindly point it out that their require appointments for repairs but in the end helped me fixed my bike and assist me to get suitable accessories too. Would definitely go there again.

I have had multiple services and repairs done here. They are always very attentive, polite, and incredibly quick. As an example, I brought my gravel bike in to look at a new wheel on Saturday at 1 PM - they priced a new DT Swiss GR 1600 (highly recommend), swapped the cassette and tire, added a new rotor, dialed in my brakes and shifting, and had me out the door riding by 1:50 PM. This was all why they managed an additional five customers?

I recently purchased a bike from the I love bikes.de store. The staff were very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and allowed me to test ride a couple of bikes. I felt no pressure to purchase a bike. I really like that you get two free tune ups with your purchase. Lastly, to the gentleman who sold me my wonderful bike, congrats on your first sale and I wish you many more!

Martin and his team are very accommodating. They were able to fix my bikes derailleur and fine tune my bike. They were very patient with me as a customer. Will definitely come back and get my bike fixed again here!

Broken bike, want to buy a new bike, maintenance? This is the place to go. Felix was super attentive, super nice, took care of everything and I'm getting my bike back in two days. That timing is unheard of right now when everyone needs bike stuff. Gold stars all the way for me.

All the other bike shops in town were backed up with repairs until October and had ridiculous prices. I walked in to "I love bikes" store in the afternoon with no appointment. I needed some gear work and a new brake pad. They had it done in 2 hours, for a reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely go back.
