I wanted to buy a basic discounted tshirt for 10€. The guy at the party point told me 35. When I told him this is not true he said 'may be you changed the pricing. Bye, bye'.. Unbelievable

Disappointed with the customer service at JD Sports Stuttgart. The staff standing outside the store showing shoes were extremely rude and unprofessional. They talked in a disrespectful tone and showed no courtesy while speaking to customers. This kind of attitude completely ruins the shopping experience. I expected better from a well-known brand like JD.

They need more instore quantity. Online ordering is nice but the 3 to 4 week waiting time (depends on the delivery service used) is a waistes opportunity to do better.

Start of sale period! This is my first visit in a JD Sports shop. I value their selection oriented more towards lifestyle than authentic sports, including a brand that i see for the first time, Supply & Demand. Very American, baseball inspired. Nice. Very well prepared staff and an effective software to tell you immediately of a size/product is still available 👍

I am surprised that I got one of the worst shopping experience at the store. I got a pair of gloves in the store, which was sold for 29.99 Euro. It is an incredibly high price for me but this is not the most important. The thing is that when I asked for a refund for them after about half an hour since I realized that I didn’t need this pairs anymore, they rejected me for no reason. For no reason! And the salesperson showed no willing to explain the policy or something else but just asked me to stand by the side. Actually since she processed the deals really slowly, I have waited for a long period of time, and there came another waiting for it. She finally asked the manger to come but she manager ignored me and said a sentence then left. She handed me the gloves and said no then didn’t pay any piece of attention for it anymore. I felt angry but could do nothing.

I asked for sports shoes and did not like the very first model the staff showed. When I asked for another one, the staff said the other shoes are not in discount and it is under MRP rate. What does it mean? That I don’t have ability to go for non discounted ones. It was so unfair to talk to customer like that. Very unprofessional and disappointing

Worst shoes shop in Stuttgart , never think of buying something here , exchange and refund require long time of waiting , highly unfriendly , untrained employees. Ignorant and worst lady at the cash counter and always missing store manger. Complete waste of my time ,please do not visit this store , try other stores like sniped and side steps Very friendly and good collections there JD sport konigstrasse employees :P
