It's difficult to judge when the salesperson speaks almost no German and can't understand me. I tried English, but that didn't really work either. So, surely she should understand one of the two languages ​​if she's supposed to be advising customers? Even more difficult when there are about four or five other salespeople standing in the store as a group, just observing the whole situation. I just wanted to buy a pair of leggings in a certain color and walked out without them. 4 stars because I was actually totally satisfied months ago. But the salesperson was able to communicate with me.

Everything went smoothly. The staff are very dedicated, friendly, and helpful. You immediately feel well taken care of. I was especially pleased with my lovely Lululemon bag – a small detail that makes shopping even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I was there today. The saleswoman was very nice! But I was overcharged at the end! I bought a shirt (Nulu Crewneck long sleeve). The tag said €68 (it also costs €68 online). In the store, I was charged €78, and I only noticed later. When paying, I selected to receive the receipt by email. But I didn't receive an invoice!!! Update: October 15th - I still haven't received an invoice.

Super friendly staff and a very well-stocked shop! They even offer free water for guests to fill up themselves! The advice is excellent, and they cater to individual customer needs! Great shop with great products!

The service here was great! Quite a few items were sold out due to high demand so we didn’t find the colour ways and sizes we were looking for in shorts. However, the team was patient, polite, and gave good advice on potential substitutes for things. Thank you for your help and for the lovely chats :-)

I totally love the quality and the design of the sportswear of lululemon!!! The team in this store is so nice, always friendly and kind and they give the best advices when you need help by finding the best outfit for your next workout-session :-) My favorit store in Stuttgart and the place to be if you love sports and if you are looking for high quality products!!!
