ODLO has the best running pants/leggings. Generally top quality. The staff is very helpful. But occasionally, they're a little over the top, desperate to sell something. Hence, no 5 stars. Otherwise, a good store.

Unfortunately, I can't confirm the positive reviews. I was happy to find an Odlo store. I was only looking for a polo shirt, but the saleswoman ended up selling me two polo shirts and a pair of shorts. That's where the trouble started. The zipper on the shorts broke the very first time I wore them. Since I don't live in Stuttgart, I had to wait until my daughter took the shorts home to complain (half the summer was over). She was then reprimanded in the store for bringing the shorts back now, as they had already been worn. (Do Odlo clothes now break even without being worn?) Instead of exchanging them, they were repaired. The seamstress seemed to have a premonition that it wouldn't work and included another zipper. The next time I wore them, the zipper broke again. And this time it broke so badly that I can't even use the replacement zippers. In short: It's a shame Odlo used to make nice, high-quality clothes. Now they're probably going down the same path as Esprit (that's how it started there, too). You're forced to buy goods online from trusted stores so that returns aren't a disaster. They offer a return label and an exchange. So what? Looking at the items there is fine. Buy them somewhere else. Too bad.

Excellent advice and very happy with the merchandise. A big plus: I had previously seen items on sale online, but they were from last season (different color, otherwise identical). In-store, I was able to try on the new colors, but then, with the sales assistant, order the "old models" online through the store and have them delivered to my home. So the sale still went to the store – win-win! 👌

Today I got everything and more that I wanted. That's not always the case. The goods are very expensive, but of good quality and, with proper care, very durable. The long-serving staff are very friendly and always there when you need them.
