Abdul = the perfect customer service! Abdul did a wonderful job in advising us on a peloton! he is very knowledgeable about the figures and packages, helpful and very respectful towards his customers… and has a good humor! that guy deserves a raise and a promotion in that company! just a great guy!

Abdul was our contact person and did a wonderful job answering all of our questions. He helped us determine which bike best fit our needs. We never felt pressured or hurried while we were asking questions and trying out all of the options. Abdul was easy to contact with further questions after visiting the store. All the staff have been very nice and helpful through our purchasing process.

The team at the Peloton store were very friendly and not pushy in showing us the two Peloton bikes. We didn't commit on the day of our visit. They reached out in a professional manner and did not push us into a decision. When we did finally make a decision to purchase a Peloton bike, the Peloton team was helpful, supportive, and honestly appreciative. Even after the bike was delivered to our home, the Peloton team followed up with us to ensure that all was in order. Highly recommend this store if you're considering an exercise bike!!

Angie was absolutely the best! She was knowledgable, friendly, helpful and patient when I was at the store the day I bought the bike. Today it was delivered and I needed to e-mail her with some questions..... she was on top of it all, answered all my questions and did everything with speed, efficiency and care! So impressed!

Angie and Oliver were extremely helpful and informative during our shoe & bike fitting. They had great facilities, coffee, water and chocolates to accommodate us. Even dog friendly!
