Mr. Plagemann quickly got our bikes, which we had slightly damaged during our tours in Saxon Switzerland, back in shape for our cycling tours in Normandy. Thank you very much for the quick and professional repair of our bikes.

I was there today; my e-scooter had a flat tire. He did a great job fixing everything, even though it was very complicated. I can only recommend Mr. Plagemann. He even took the time to explain to me what he was doing.

We took our two children's bikes to Mr. Plagemann's shop today after a quick phone call. He helped us immediately; both bikes weren't in the best condition, but he repaired everything right away and got them roadworthy – it was quick and easy. He even fulfilled our daughter's wish for a luggage rack, as all the parts were on hand. We are very satisfied. Mr. Plagemann has great ideas and really cares about his customers. The price was very fair for truly excellent work. It's a sustainable little workshop – really great, we'll be back! Thank you :-)
