Stromrad sells vouchers but doesn't offer anything you can buy with them! I received a €125 gift voucher from my colleagues last year and wanted to redeem it now, but Stromrad doesn't have any gloves, etc. (because they supposedly need a changing room for that), nor do they have handlebar grips or anything similar in stock! In German, you're supposed to buy a bike to redeem a voucher they sell. I call that a rip-off!

I highly recommend Stromrad GmbH & Co. KG at Charlottenplatz in Stuttgart! The staff are extremely friendly and always take the time to answer questions or provide advice. I particularly like how quickly and reliably they work – whether it's repairs or minor adjustments. Most importantly, though, are the prices. They're completely fair, transparent, and honest. You never feel like you're being ripped off, which is unfortunately not a given these days. All in all, a top-notch bike shop where service, quality, and value are simply spot on!

Excellent service. Friendly, competent, and exceptionally dedicated. They carry good brands like Riese & Müller and KTM and can clearly explain the differences between the brands and the bikes. Due to the relatively small size of the shop, not all bikes are always immediately available for testing, but this minor drawback is compensated for by the option to order bikes for testing and the excellent service.

I had great experience with the salesman here: Marcel. He advised me a lot to design the best ebike for me. BUT the customer service via email was not so nice. Today I had chance to talk to both of them. It was constructive feedback and we can communicate better in the Future. Above that, i am very satisfied with the service and support here. I have my first ebike and I love it so much!!!! If you are looking for new ebike => come to Stromrad

I was in Stuttgart a few months ago at a conference in Stuttgart. I had read about the woodpecker trail and was pleasantly surprised. It was very smooth with the train up and quite an ok DH trail down. Can really be recommended if you have a day in Stuttgart. I got to borrow a bike from this bike company, they were very service minded. For me it was the first time with an E-bike. Thank you Stromrad for very good service. Micke from Sweden
