Today was my first time at Veloria, and I'm thrilled. The staff are incredibly competent, helpful, and friendly! I got an appointment quickly and was able to pick up my bike the same day. Fantastic! I'm very happy with both the advice and the service. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop to everyone!

Great shop with competent and unbiased advice. A very friendly and open team. They take their time, give you lots of tips, and explain the necessary work. All work was completed cleanly and very quickly. Upon request, you can also receive up-to-date pictures of the work via WhatsApp. My bike looks like new after the service, including cleaning. Appointment processing and payment are all done digitally and easily.

This bike shop in Stuttgart South is truly fantastic. Extremely friendly, helpful, and competent. They repaired a bearing issue on my wheel, and I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the price I paid for parts and labor. You can even rent the workshop if you want to do some repairs yourself or if you're missing a tool. Keep up the great work!

A very authentic little shop with a self-service workshop and repair service. The flat tire was replaced immediately, and quite quickly at that. Besides friendly conversation, they also explained a lot about tire changes and our bike. The price was very fair. Highly recommended!

Top service. Competent advice and clear communication. You feel well taken care of here. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely reasonable. Fast service – I dropped off my bike without an appointment and received immediate advice on what could and should be done, an approximate cost estimate, and was able to pick up my bike again after just three days, despite the extensive repairs and complete cleaning. At other shops, I've had to wait two to three weeks for similar or even minor repairs. It's also great that photos of the bike's condition are taken regularly during the repair, and the cost progress is communicated and discussed. This ensures complete transparency. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend Veloria.

Excellent service for our almost 10-year-old bikes – after the service and cleaning at Veloria, they're like new or even better! We received valuable tips for better equipment. No pushy sales pitches. We were able to test everything immediately and, based on our own assessment, found it to be good. We'll be back!

The owner treats every bike like a cherished patient and takes plenty of time for each customer. He's happy to share his expertise and knowledge, always offering valuable tips. My bike is like new; it was even washed and polished. You learn a tremendous amount "on the side." Customer satisfaction isn't just a buzzword here. Fair prices and fantastic work. The owner calls his customers "guests," and you can definitely feel it. Top-notch across the board. The best bike shop in Stuttgart!

I learned how to fix my breaks thanks to the owner ! He provided the spare parts, showed me what needed to be done, but I could do it myself 💪 Super friendly owner and super nice workshop.
