Excellent advice, lots of items in stock. If something isn't available, no problem, items are ordered immediately and delivered quickly. Rubbers are glued on-site right away. Best regards from Noppenhai

I couldn't imagine anything worse: On December 23, 2025, I ordered a racket including assembly: all parts in stock; delivery in 2-3 days. That's what they said. The money was debited from my account the same day. That's the only thing that's worked so far. Since today (starting December 4th, since I assumed they were closed for the Christmas holidays, which is perfectly fine), I've written multiple times and called during business hours: no answer except for an answering machine message, apart from a brief message that everything would start up again mid-week. But: still nothing, no racket, money gone, information from the supplier: zero. People: buy somewhere else!!!

Good day, Mr. Wildenrath,<br><br>We would like to briefly clarify the situation. You seem to have mixed up a few things in the heat of the moment.<br><br>You placed your order on December 20, 2025. Saturday. We tried to reach you by phone on Monday. On Tuesday, we sent an email requesting a callback – you called back in early 2026. According to our communication, you were then on vacation until the beginning of January. During this time, we informed you several times about the existing delivery delay. We have the corresponding messages with dates.<br><br>On January 20, you replied to our email with the revised delivery date from DONIC with "OK - THANKS FOR THE INFO!!". And you wrote such a review based on this communication? OK!<br><br>The originally scheduled delivery date unfortunately could not be met due to a delivery delay from our supplier over the Christmas holidays. We informed you of this as soon as we had the relevant information.<br><br>Payment was made via PayPal. No amount was debited from our account; we simply authorized the PayPal payment, as is standard procedure with this payment method.<br><br>We regret that you found the process unsatisfactory. We acknowledge your feedback, but in our view, it does not accurately reflect the documented communication.<br><br>Sincerely,

The first deliveries were of good quality. In the last delivery, the pads were only partially glued. However, at my request, the necessary adhesive was also sent to me. So, almost everything is okay.

The amount of my returned goods was only refunded after repeated requests. Furthermore, I unfortunately have to complain about unfriendly customer service.

The promised delivery time of one to four business days was not met. Despite repeated inquiries, no solution was offered. This is extremely regrettable and unacceptable. A small discount or a voucher for a future order would not be in the owner's interest – and would not foster customer loyalty either. It would have been so simple. Anyone who can afford to treat customers this way deserves, at most, one star.

Ordering a custom-configured racket online: the selection and prices were fine; communication was also okay. However, the rubbers weren't cut very evenly. I've had better.

The product is as described, the prices are good, and you can even snag a few bargains. Unfortunately, express delivery didn't work (+€16), which was very frustrating in my case because I urgently needed the material. Communication at this point was average. The express delivery costs were subsequently refunded.
