I had a problem with my Specialized Turbo Levo 2022. I used the wrong screw when installing the shock. The screw was stuck in the thread and wouldn't budge. After a very pleasant phone call, they gave me hope and gave me a chance to drop in at short notice. When I arrived, they immediately tried to loosen the stuck screw. But it quickly became clear that drilling it out was the only solution. I was told to leave the bike there and would receive a call the next day. When the relieving call came in, I was happily informed that the drilling out had been successful and I could pick up the bike. When I arrived, they expertly explained to me how the screw had seized. The thread was intact, but the upper part of the screw was causing the problem. I can wholeheartedly recommend this workshop! If you're looking for a friendly and truly experienced workshop, you've found exactly what you're looking for. As a customer, you feel well looked after and receive excellent advice! Thank you again! 😃 That saved my wallet a new frame! I'd be happy to buy again! :)
