Fast, competent, and friendly service. You receive good advice and don't feel like you're paying for anything unnecessary. It's about what's best for your bike, and therefore what's best for you. I was lucky enough to be able to leave my bike for a service and minor repair without an appointment. Generally, it's advisable to make an appointment, especially again starting in the spring.

Extremely competent eBike shop! Super friendly, super helpful. Great bikes. And if it does take a little longer, the freshly brewed coffee tastes great too!!! I won't go to any other bike shop in Tübingen anymore! Thanks to the whole team. Keep up the great work!

They are very polite and actually it is one of the few places that will accept to fix bikes other than the brands they sell. They did a very good job on my bike at their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Friendly and honest advice: this is a bike shop that will refuse to sell you the wrong thing. Fairly priced service, where you sometimes wonder if you are being undercharged. And a range from good-value functional bikes to drooling desirables.

The shop is top-notch! Impeccable service, a super friendly and personable owner who caters to all requests and helps immediately. He really takes his time with the customer. I bought a road bike there (see pictures) and everything went perfectly and as agreed. They also have beautiful bikes and a great selection. I can only recommend the shop to everyone! Best regards

The bike shop is a good one, but not a cheap one. If budget is not the first priority, and you want your lovely bike in the top state, it is where you should come. One of the shop owner (the technician) speak good English.

They are honest and don't want to cheat. They repaired my bike and the price was also reasonable.
