I received spontaneous help today during a road bike tour. My seatpost clamp needed to be tightened to the correct torque. In short: super friendly, immediate help! Highly recommended!

Simply outstanding service. My bike had a wobble because I'd tightened the spokes incorrectly myself. Mr. Schneck helped me quickly, easily, and at a fantastic price. I can highly recommend him! I'll only ever have my bike repaired here from now on. Thank you, Mr. Schneck.

I have been here a couple of times for small reparations and bike maintenance. I was always treated respectfully and had to wait very little. The prices are good and as an almost complete bike ignorant I did not feel cheated or discriminated like in other stores here in the city. On the contrary, I was given some good tips and advice on how to take care of my bike. I can only recommend this shop!

Top-notch advice, superb service. You can just drop in and get help with any problems, even at their small previous shop on Dieselstrasse. It was very cramped there, but the service was still competent; I highly recommend it. I bought my first e-bike there and I'm still thrilled. I'm already looking forward to visiting their new shop. Just stop by and see for yourself.
