I had a very good experience here. As a young woman, I was afraid of not being taken seriously, but that was completely unfounded. The mechanic was incredibly helpful and friendly and even did my small repair and gave me advice free of charge. Thank you so much :)

My Load needed repairs. I am extremely satisfied with the entire process. This includes the initial service call, the quality of the work performed, and the explanations provided during pickup. Special praise goes to Christian. I will definitely be back.

First contact as an "emergency customer." The battery in my Bosch motor would no longer charge. The workshop performed a system scan without an appointment or prior request, and the battery was updated – all for free! Spontaneous, helpful, and friendly. Great impression, I'll be back!
