Very friendly staff. Even though there were no appointments available for a repair in the near future, they immediately looked at my bike and then called Rat & Tat to see if they could handle the repair. I would bring the necessary spare parts with me. Thank you so much, it worked out perfectly, and I was able to pick up my bike the same day.

Very friendly staff: one of them took the time to make calls to find a suitable spare part for a somewhat older e-bike that even the internet couldn't seem to find a solution for. Many thanks for the advice and spare parts, the bike is rolling again!!!

Friendly, competent staff. The advice is pleasantly unobtrusive. I was completely satisfied with the price and the quality of the work done on my bicycle. It makes sense to book repairs in advance and allow plenty of time. I will also buy a new bicycle here – and support a charitable organization at the same time.

Sorry, not impressed with bike rental service. Didn't answer two separate email enquiries before I travelled and I repeatedly couldn't get through to them by phone. Don't loan out safety helmets (which meant I didn't feel comfortable renting an e-bike) and the heavy CityBike I was issued with didn't even have a puncture repair kit. The only positive was the pricing which was very good.

In short: Excellent service, affordable, simply fantastic! I've had several minor repairs done so far, and they helped me immediately. For small things like lost screws, etc., they didn't even charge me. And so far, all the staff have been very friendly and competent. Superb customer service!

Friendly, professional and accomodating service, that is of a high standard as well as being good quality for money. Have been bringing my bike here for about 5 years and will continue to do so. There's also a great shop here for bicycles and bicycle supplies that's worth checking out too.
