I was standing in front of the shop with a flat tire. Since I didn't know what kind of valve it was, the owner suggested I "get more education." Incredibly rude and arrogant! Absolutely avoid this bike shop!

My bottom bracket broke just before I got to the shop. I wanted to ask if I could quickly use the tools to fix it so I could at least ride home. I was chased off the premises. I then had to walk a long way home.

It's so nice to have such a friendly and competent service in the neighborhood! Always helpful and they even have used parts on hand. A 1990s Mercedes isn't considered beyond repair here; instead, a solution is found – excellent!

April 2019: Very friendly advice including a test ride, fair prices, we will definitely and gladly come again 👌🏼 March/April 2021: We came back. Bought our second Pyrobike. Service and friendliness continued at the highest level, and once again: WE will be back 😉

I got a flat tire while touring and found myself stranded in front of the shop. Unfortunately, no one offered me any help. I understand that their order books are full right now, but I had expected some assistance in this "emergency." A professional can install a new inner tube in 5-10 minutes; surely that should be possible. Even my request to fix it myself on a repair stand was refused. In the end, I had to leave empty-handed. A real shame!
