I always use their workshop and it's the best: you can book appointments on-line, they are fast and they do a very good job without costing too much while being friendly and smiling all the time, you can't beat that!

100% recommended for anyone looking for bicycle accessories. They really take their time to explain and provide suggestions. They also speak English. Service is also really friendly.

Worst! I went there 1 month ago to order the bike that i like. They have available one but i prefer one new bike and they agreed to order me a new one. So they „ordered“ it as one of the employee said it. Fast forward after a month of waiting and hoping to have the new bike that i wanted. I called them if my NEW BIKE arrived. He said YES, i was so excited and happy to hear it. Then just to find out its the same bike that i refused to buy last time they wanted to offer me and they didn't really order a new one last month ago which we agreed. Then, the employee said to me „we can order it now online it will come in 1 week.“ Like seriously? After wasting other‘s time. The thing is, if they wanna sell the available one first cuz they don‘t want to order a new one unless the old or available one is sold then be HONEST TO SAY THAT , so it will be transparent and clear in the first place and Costumer won‘t expect or waited and wasted time from them and just went to the other bike store. HONESTY and Transparancy is important. If you cannot offer it to your costumer then might as well you need to think of your service deliverance so you wont waste others time and effort.

There are many bike shops in Tübingen and the surrounding area. MANY. I have used several of them in the past. In 2016 I went to RAD&TAT because the bike shop that I planned to use was closed, and I am very thankful that I did. I was so happy with their service that I have been using them ever since. Bike shops carry parts, fix problems, and have employees that know things. That's what they do. The difference is the people. The people that work at RAD&TAT are so.... FRIENDLY. Going to the bike shop is such a comfortable experience, it's more like going to visit friends or family than going to a store to make a purchase. The employees (up to and including the owner) are not only well informed professionals, they are also very patient, both with my German speaking and my lack of bike knowledge. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but the service you receive is absolutely worth waiting for. And yes, sometimes bike parts are expensive, but quality products are expensive anywhere. If you want to buy cheap parts for a quick fix, maybe you should go somewhere else.... But if you want the right part to fix the problem correctly the first time? THIS is where you go.

The store and the workshop are in different places, so you cannot try the piece on your bike if you don't buy it and pay the service for having it assembled. So if the piece is wrong they charge you anyway.

Dear Gustavo!<br>There are two possibilities:<br>First we offer you tools for free and you can try a piece on your bike for free an d give it back in any case. Naturally without marks etc.<br>Second you have it assembled and you nearly almost have to pay for the work. The piece you can always give back and get your money - the work you have to pay in most cases. Think that is o.K. !?<br>But that is not the problem of different places !?<br>If you paid for a piece you don't need or which doesn't fit - brig it back , get cash back!

I just bought a seatpost for my bike because I needed to lower the saddle. They didn't have the piece I needed so I had to order it. The piece itself was quite expensive. I had it built on my bike, only to discover that there was not much difference than before. When I enquired if there was no other shorter seat post available, I was told that either I grow or I buy a new bike. A rather rude answer seeing that I paid them quite a lot of money and they weren't able to solve the problem completely. Poor customer service and expensive.

Dear Giulia !<br>I spoke with the guys in charge. Your 2. hand bike is far too big for your size ! You paid 16,95 € ( "quite expensive" ) for the seatpost and you had about 1/2 hour talk and work with the guy in charge and you get more then 4 cm less hight. That you have to grow ... sorry, has been a bad joke for you!<br>Proposal: bring it back, get the money, no more jokes ( promised! ), get perhaps a better impression ....

Just bought a bike there and got a discount for some bike accessories. Veny nice store, nice and professional personnel. That's a good place to go if one would like to buy a bike and need some help/advisory.
