The repair of my e-bike, which I had ordered from an online retailer, was kindly undertaken, making it difficult to find an authorized repair shop. The problems were completely resolved, and the shop was very accommodating with the pricing. Communication was always excellent and very friendly.

After many years, they finally got a new bike wash. Now it costs about €12 instead of €5, and after almost an hour of going back and forth, I didn't have time, and lo and behold, my bike wasn't perfectly clean. The employee said he'd find out what we could do, and then I left. A few days later, I wanted to ask what had happened with my complaint. The answer was, "We don't do anything to your bike here on the premises anymore, and we won't start any discussion here." It's a shame that after so many years since you opened, I've only been to this bike wash. I've brought my bike and others here, not just for washing.

I took my bike to Nils and I'm completely satisfied. I wasn't even sure what was wrong, but he gave me a clear and accurate assessment right away – including a transparent price quote. I received a call the very next day and was able to pick up my bike. The repair was extremely quick, significantly cheaper than initially expected, and everything has been working perfectly ever since. Very friendly, very competent, straightforward, and fair. Highly recommended!!

The cost of repair of a damaged bike was unjustified (replacing scratched parts with brand new). Also, unfriendly towards foreigners (using local jargon, making laugh off you, if you don't understand).

Really friendly staff and very fair prices for renting an e-bike. At €25 per day, you can't complain. When I simply asked how far the bikes could go, they immediately offered me a charger. The website just needs an update, as the deposit is twice as high as advertised.

I rented a bike for today – Sunday. I went to the station, and of course, there was no staff there to help me. I tried the QR code I received on the readers at the station, but it didn't work. The information provided was minimal. As a result, I couldn't use the rental I had already paid for. If it's not possible to pick up and return a rental on a Sunday, why is that option even available on the website? It's especially frustrating because I went to the station yesterday specifically to get information in advance. My German isn't very good, as I'm just visiting. I politely asked the employee if we could try communicating in English, but he refused. So, in my broken German, I explained that I wanted to rent a bike for today (Sunday). All he did was refer me to the website, and then he immediately started serving someone else. With a little more effort to do his job properly, he might have been able to explain to me that this isn't possible on Sundays. If you offer a service for international customers where reservations can also be made in English, I would recommend: 1. Providing more precise information on the website/app and/or preventing bookings that aren't possible on days off or public holidays (different cultures have different rules regarding days off). 2. Alternatively, staff should be available to assist people who don't speak German – with today's translation tools, this really isn't difficult! It only becomes difficult when empathy and willingness are lacking.

I've been there three times. Once I had a minor issue that was taken care of immediately and free of charge. The other two times, the repair was completed within a day at fair prices. Both times the technician was incredibly friendly and personable. Unfortunately, on one occasion I first encountered an employee who was quite unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable; this could definitely be improved. However, I find the price-performance ratio excellent, the staff generally competent, and they provide prompt service. Therefore, I still give the workshop 5 stars overall. Furthermore, the workshop has convenient, extended opening hours and is easily accessible due to its central location. I will definitely be back.

Normally, I don't believe in writing bad reviews on Google. But I've been to the Radstation Tübingen three times now, and both times I've been treated with absolute rudeness. No greetings, no "please," no "thank you." Instead, it seems like they're just disturbing someone when they bring their bike in for repairs. I don't know, guys, a little common decency and friendly behavior never hurt anyone. Above all, I left a fair amount of money with you guys. But that definitely won't happen again.

The fastest and best bike repair shop I could find. I dropped my bike off at 3 pm and was able to pick it up at 7 pm; all the other shops said it would have taken at least three days. Plus, I got the best price and friendly advice here. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Highly recommended!!

After a flat tire, my tube was changed within 30 minutes. Great service, very friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I'd be happy to come again!
