I spontaneously stopped by Bike Service Brandt today just before closing time. My crank on my 1992 Specialized Hard Rock was making noises, and I wanted to find out if it was just a loose screw or if it required a more extensive repair. Despite the busy atmosphere and the late hour, I received very friendly service. They even quickly fixed a few minor issues. I'll gladly come back.

Alex from Bike Service Brandt was a huge help today! I'm usually pretty handy, but when changing a tire on the go, I always end up ruining the tube and often all my tools. Alex explained it so well today that I tried it out this evening. And guess what – it only takes 5 minutes, totally relaxed, and even without any tools! The service at Bike Service Brandt is really top-notch, Alex is incredibly helpful, and they have some really nice bikes. They also carry Simplon bikes. I'll definitely be getting my next bike here! Here, the customer is still king. I had a problem with my old e-bike. Both Bosch and several other dealers said there was no solution available. Instead of immediately trying to sell me a new bike, Mr. Brandt took the time to find a solution. I'm a newcomer to the area and had originally bought the bike elsewhere. Now I can continue riding my bike for a while longer and I'm more than happy. If you're looking for a bike center where the owners actually listen, take their time, and are truly knowledgeable, you've come to the right place. And of course, the shop also has great new bikes and attractive offers.

From my first spontaneous visit, Mr. and Mrs. Brandt provided me with very friendly service and advice. The entire atmosphere was very harmonious and helpful from the very beginning. Mr. Brandt certainly took a lot of time to advise me on my company bike. I was even able to test two different motor types. The consultation was completely satisfactory. The process was seamless and the service was excellent!

After searching for weeks for a competent bike shop in the area to get an upgrade for my e-bike with a Neodrives Z20 motor, I decided to contact Bike Service Brandt. I got in touch, had a very pleasant conversation, dropped off my bike, and explained my desired settings. I received not only an upgrade but also excellent advice from Mr. Brandt, who really took his time. My bike rides so much better now, I'm absolutely thrilled! Superb service, really friendly and competent people who take the time for their customers. Having had some bad experiences in the past, I know that this kind of service isn't always a given. A while ago, I put my old bike in the shop for a small final fee if it sold. Everything worked out perfectly. They responded really well to my inquiry, sold it quite quickly, and the whole process was excellent. So, if anyone has an old bike they want to sell, you might want to try them – after contacting them first, of course. I'd definitely use them again! Cheers
