I'm absolutely thrilled with this motorcycle shop. The advice was expert, honest, and incredibly patient – exactly what you want as a customer. They really take their time and answer all your questions. The selection of motorcycles and accessories is huge, and you can immediately tell that the team has a genuine passion for what they do. The after-sales service is also top-notch: quick processing, transparent communication, and a friendly approach. I felt completely taken care of and will definitely be back. A clear recommendation for anyone looking to buy a motorcycle or entrust their bike to reliable hands! 🏍️✨

Beware of this repair shop! The service was unfriendly and unhelpful. The actual problem with the motorcycle wasn't found, yet I was charged twice. When I inquired, they reacted with annoyance instead of offering a solution. To me, this seems neither professional nor honest – I absolutely do not recommend them! I would also like to mention that there were demonstrably discrepancies in the billing. According to my records, a service charge was billed to both the manufacturer and myself. This raises serious questions about the transparency of their business processes and will be investigated accordingly. From a customer's perspective, this is extremely concerning and reinforces my negative impression of this repair shop.
Owner's response
Good day Mr. Zaiser, we accept your response but see things a little differently. You came to us with starting problems at 486 km. Your dealer, from whom you purchased the motorcycle new, sent you a battery because the manufacturer had rejected a warranty claim. This upset you considerably, and you spoke negatively about the other dealer. The manufacturer had issued a technical bulletin, which we addressed under warranty free of charge. We also performed a service, which we billed you for, and thank you for that. At 622 km, the front brake disc was replaced under warranty. The brake disc had a longer delivery time, which we apologize for, but was beyond our control. After a short ride, the front brake disc started vibrating again. Due to high workshop workload, we asked you to contact the dealer where you originally purchased the motorcycle.

We operate on the principle that "the customer is king" and will continue to do so. As already mentioned, we respect your opinion and wish you continued safe travels.

The brake disc had a longer delivery time, which we regret but was beyond our control.

I bought a Husky 701 Supermoto from these guys in 2018. Everything was perfect! Good, friendly, and competent service at fair prices. That's how a business should be run!
Owner's response
Hi Styx, thank you so much for the great review - we're very pleased... :-)

Whenever I pass by, I see a nice selection of new and good used bikes. I had a bolt loose on the engine of my Husqvarna, and the guys did a great job of salvaging it. Absolutely competent workshop service. This is a shop by motorcyclists for motorcyclists.

I wanted to take my BMW G650GS for its first ride today, Sunday, but my battery died in front of the motorcycle shop. Luckily, one of the owners (I unfortunately don't know his name) arrived with his van. He immediately helped me, removed the fairing, and gave me a jump start. Fantastic! Thanks again for the friendly and spontaneous help.

Extremely satisfied; this was my first time visiting a motorcycle repair shop. Since I'm more of a novice, and it's been over 30 years since I first started tinkering with motorcycles, I'm very dependent on a trustworthy workshop. I also compared this with my experiences at car repair shops, which generally did very good work, but were very (unfortunately negatively) surprised by the prices of spare parts. I have to say that I only had the invoice from my previous customer, and the prices were almost comparable, but the work listed at MSR seemed more convincing to me. The service and the time taken to explain technical things in detail to a novice—in this case, I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Staiber—were top-notch for me.
