Simply top-notch! I feel very well advised, both professionally and personally, and everything they do is thorough and well-founded. If necessary, they'll even remake something, even if it's "just" a sleeve. Highly recommended!

From the very first moment, we received excellent advice. The possibilities of each bike for which purpose were clearly explained to us. Even when we picked up the e-bikes, they took plenty of time to explain everything to us. The app, lights, different modes—everything was explained to us in detail. We also bought helmets and possible accessories there because we received such good advice. We'll be back 👍👍👍

I have all my e-bike serviced here. Fischer is a service partner for JobRad, so it's a convenient option. I even had an insurance claim handled through the workshop. All in all, I've always been satisfied and never had anything to complain about. Best regards 🙂 a satisfied customer

I was having problems with my racing bike's front brake; the pads were worn out. And I still had to ride a long way. Very friendly staff, and I was helped immediately, despite the rain. The price was absolutely reasonable. I highly recommend it.

Great bike shop with a workshop. We've always bought our bikes here, for the kids and for ourselves. Always honest advice, even regarding accessories. Even when the shop is busy or stressful, the owners are always friendly and helpful. Our bike repairs are always done properly and at fair prices.

Technically very good, but there's room for improvement in the organization. The company is clearly very busy – so I understand the waiting times and unanswered phone calls. What I don't understand is this: I walk into the store, politely take my place at the counter, and wait to be served. After me, another customer gets in line. When an employee finally comes to the counter, the customer behind me yells, "I have a flat tire!!!!" and is served before me. At that point, I just feel like a second-class customer...
