The selection is huge, the staff are really friendly, and the store is very well-organized and tidy. I'm genuinely shocked at how nice the staff are; they're always happy to help – six stars for that alone!

We just bought our son's first bike. The salesman, Mehmet, gave us great advice from the very first moment. He took his time, explained everything to us, and got the bike ready so our son could ride right away! Thank you, Mehmet

A good store in itself, but I'd like to see an American football department. I think the standards are very high, and apart from DOC A (in Böblingen), there's no football shop in the Stuttgart area.

I completely agree with Doreen Go. The store itself makes a clean impression, but communication with the staff is very difficult, often because they don't yet speak the language. But that doesn't surprise me; Decathlon itself has also decided to no longer communicate in German in the media, but instead to put obstacles in the way of the aforementioned people—who often have a migration background—in their professional and linguistic integration. We all know what that's called. Would Decathlon—an internationally operating company—act the same way in other countries, no longer using the local language and its rules, but rather an ideologically constructed language?

The staff are very polite and helpful. This interest made me feel good, especially Mustapha (winter sports), thank you very much. I haven't seen such friendly staff in a long time.

The shop is very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. What bothers me is the lack of an equestrian department, and when the website indicates there is one in Waiblingen, it's not there. An equestrian department would be a 5-star recommendation in my opinion.

I bought a bike on Friday, May 10, 2024. I was charged a €5 service fee because apparently everything is being checked. Today, on her first ride, my daughter fell and injured herself because the pedal came loose! I'd really like to visit the seller, which I might do. I'm also considering filing a complaint.

The branch is okay, but it doesn't offer the full range of services; for specific sports you have to go to Plochingen.

A wide selection for almost all sports, friendly salespeople, and good prices!
