The service was expensive and they did nothing. A week later, all the problems were the same as before.

We also can't understand the negative reviews. We were interested in two e-bikes in October. Mr. Pfister took a lot of time for us, and we felt we received expert advice. The purchase process was straightforward, even though we used different payment models (company bike scheme and direct purchase). Even when the delivery times for additional components were repeatedly delayed, a solution was found, and we quickly borrowed the components from a partner bike shop so we could receive the bikes promptly. We are extremely satisfied!

Anyone looking for expert advice at fair prices has come to the right place: From flexible appointment scheduling to patient, multi-hour consultations, exceptionally friendly answers to comprehensive questions, and a great selection of bikes and accessories, everything was truly excellent! At no point did we feel pressured to sell us anything; it was quite clear that the goal was for us to leave the store as genuinely satisfied customers. And they succeeded – thank you so much! We'll definitely be back.

Toller Laden für Fahrräder aller Art und Zubehör. Und ganz wichtig: Service schnell und zuverlässig. Wenn zeitlich möglich, wird auch ohne Termin geholfen. Gerade für E-Bikes gilt: Nicht im Internet sondern im Fachgeschäft am Ort kaufen. Nur so kann ein guter Service vorgehalten werden.

Excellent service, from scheduling an appointment by phone due to an emergency (broken gear cable and flat tire) to dropping off the car and picking it up just a few days later. All this as a new customer who has definitely found their service partner from now on.

I love the shop! My first bike as a child (I'll be 40 this year) was from Seeger, as were all the bikes after that. My last bike will also be from Seeger, even though I no longer live in Waiblingen. The advice is always top-notch, and the quality and service are second to none. Regardless of my concerns, I've always been treated honestly and attentively, whether by phone or in person. The prices are reasonable for a local, owner-operated specialty store; after all, service has to be paid for somewhere. I was sometimes surprised at how affordable some items are. As I said, I'm always happy to come back.
