0 stars! Warning!!! This company is insolvent! There is no mention of this on their website. The delivery I received before the insolvency was incomplete. It was impossible to resolve the issue. I then filed a timely complaint regarding part of the order and returned it before the insolvency proceedings began. Then, almost as an afterthought, I received the information that insolvency had been filed and nothing could be done. Unfortunately, I did not receive a full refund through PayPal Buyer Protection. They claim it was my fault. No clarification was possible.

All attempts to contact them have failed. The seller doesn't respond to emails, is available by phone, and doesn't return my voicemail. I canceled the order in writing because the item wasn't available as advertised. Based on the other reviews, this seems to be the case frequently, and all attempts to contact them are ignored. After the item eventually arrived, I returned it at my own expense. The seller has documented receipt of the shipment and has yet to respond or refund.

I returned a pair of hiking boots at my own expense. The goods were delivered to the seller on December 5, 2024 (proof of delivery is available). Nevertheless, approximately €125.00 was debited from my account on December 16, 2024. I have not received a refund to this day. They are not responding to emails or phone calls. I suppose this will now be referred to PayPal's legal department. It's sad that one has to resort to such measures. But it's a lesson learned: never order from them again.

The jacket I ordered didn't fit, so I cancelled the order and immediately returned the item at my own expense. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a refund, and even after inquiring, the supplier stopped communicating. I will now use Amazon Pay to process the return. What a shame, poor service!

I received the goods quite quickly. The return process was somewhat difficult. They only responded to my email after I left a negative review, which has now disappeared. Too bad... The refund for my return of the faulty trousers, which I sent on July 29th and for which I paid the postage, was processed on August 20th, 2024. The correct timeframe would have been 14 days!

That's not true; you rated us twice with only one star. The refund for the return was processed within the deadline, so we can't find any error.

They sell things that are not in stock. I would appreciate more honesty, as that would make me worry less about the status of my order. They told me they had sent the package but upon inspection it turned out not to be true, the shipping service did not even recieve it.

I do not recommend this shop at all. Stay away, no communication and if there's an issue you're left hanging. I ordered a few products that were in stock, about 4 days later I received a mail that they are missing one item at it will take a few more days to get it from the manufacturer. Ok, unfortunately this happens and I decided to leave it at that. When I received my order one of the products were missing and the box was half way open. I sent a mail right away regarding the issue adding pictures as proof. After 6 days of waiting for a reply I sent another mail noting the same issue and requesting to exchange another item that is a bit small in size. After 2 days still no answer. I had to take the case through PayPal after that. A day later I received a refund for the missing item, but not a word was written by the shops owners or staff. Now it looks like I'm stuck with an unusable item. Worst experience with shopping online ever!

I have ordered SIPORA SHADE TROUSERS, everything was fine, but next day shop informed, that there no possibility to get ordered size and color trousers... and informed, that producer has no it on the stock, but this wasn't true, Fjällräven has it on the stock in Germany. Total shame. Be aware this company.

I wouldn't deal with this website ever again. The service is just unreliable. They didn't send confirmation when the item will be shipped. Then, when eventually they responded they told me sometime next week... then, they sent another email saying that they don't have the item in stock and need to order it, and it will take another 5 business days.
