I dropped off my bike for its annual inspection on behalf of Jobrad. When I dropped it off, I complained that my bike was having trouble shifting between 6th and 7th gear. After picking it up, I discovered while riding that it wouldn't shift into 6th or 8th gear at all. I could have washed my bike myself for under €105. I feel completely ripped off. They wouldn't answer my questions on the phone, and the employee simply hung up on me.

I am very impressed with the expertise, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff. Davide was responsible for my repair, and I must say, if all employees maintain this level of service, then hats off to them! I am completely satisfied. This excellent man was able to help immediately, diagnose the problem with my bicycle, and fix it quickly and easily. He was very friendly, courteous, and, of course, answered all my questions. He's absolutely top-notch! As long as this workshop continues to have such high-quality employees like Davide, the future looks very bright. The prices are very fair, the food is good, and the atmosphere is very cozy and pleasant. In short, I won't be switching workshops again and am completely satisfied. :)

Great service for repairs and at the counter (delicious coffees). So far, I've always been able to get an appointment on the spur of the moment, which has been very helpful. The workshop has helped me several times, both inexpensively and professionally. Davide recently did a great job setting up my road bike (replacing some of the gears, etc.) and also adjusted it. My mountain bike has also been to the Weberei and received excellent repairs and adjustments. In this respect, I highly recommend them and will continue to be my workshop of choice.

I'm very satisfied with the service at Neue Weberei! My bike was repaired quickly and professionally. Many thanks to Davide, who was very attentive to my needs. There's also a lovely café/bar with great offers, ideal for something to eat or drink while waiting for your bike. Highly recommended! 🚴‍♂️

We only stopped by for a quick cappuccino – it was delicious, and the oat milk didn't cost extra. At €4, it was definitely good value for money. The atmosphere was great too; we sat outside, and it was lovely. Unfortunately, the woman at the bar was very unfriendly. It was our first time there, and we didn't know how everything worked regarding ordering, choosing a seat, self-service, etc. Nothing was explained to us, and we were looked at as if we were a burden. No friendly treatment of new paying customers. There's definitely room for improvement.

We ordered two bowls: a daily special and a poke bowl. Both were freshly prepared and attractively presented. The taste of both bowls was also excellent.

Amazing! This is exactly what was missing in the area. A café for the biker community! Very friendly staff, delicious food and drinks. Plus, a well-equipped workshop. I haven't seen VERSUS socks anywhere outside of Stellenbosch, they're fantastic! 😍🙌🏻 I haven't tried out the workstations yet, but what I've seen looks very promising. Please keep up the great work, I highly recommend you!

Eat refers to the offerings at the adjoining vegetarian organic bistro, where you can put together a respectable breakfast, enjoy delicious, light snacks such as appetizing open-faced sandwiches on organic country bread, appealing bowls made with fresh ingredients (no convenience products or canned goods), and soups. All dishes are also available for takeaway. Reusable containers (€5) are provided. For a coffee break, enjoy specialty coffees made with the Neue Weberei's own espresso beans from a Hamburg roastery and specialty teas, combined with delicious sweets. The soft drinks selection is dominated by seven varieties of my favorite Stuggi-Schorle (a local spritzer). You place your order at the counter, watch it being prepared, and then take a seat. The predominantly young staff at the counter are very friendly and attentive. I opted for the Tel Aviv Bowl (€7.50). A very tasty dish made with couscous (originally bulgur), hummus, fresh cucumbers, peanuts, spring onions, cranberries, and red currants. A great choice for a refreshing break. I'd gladly have it again.
