Unfortunately, I can't recommend them. I've been waiting for months for a basketball hoop. I'm constantly following up, but no one proactively contacts me. During the phone calls, I'm taken on internal topics like production capacity, broken machines, understaffing, parental leave, and on top of everything else: "Your item has been in storage for a few weeks now; I've just told the shipping manager again that you're waiting for it." I've never written a Google review before, but I'm happy to make an exception here.

Incredibly poor customer service. No one has been reachable for weeks, callback requests are seemingly ignored, or you get a call once every five weeks, and then the number is immediately disconnected. Returns have to be paid for privately, even if you ordered through the municipality, and the item is faulty, meaning you never see the postage again. Invoices are being sent for items that were returned or paid weeks ago. And let's not even talk about the shoddy quality of their own badminton rackets or stools... Without the (mandatory) contracts with the municipalities, this company would surely no longer exist.

Unfortunately, I've been waiting for a month for the delivery of the ball carts for the club. There's been no proactive information about the delivery status. I was told the products are in stock, but nobody seems to be doing anything about it.

Unfortunately, the process is complicated and delivery takes a long time. Even simple questions via email (e.g., product dimensions) require providing all your personal information upon request in order to be assigned to the correct regional sales representative – for an online order. After placing an order, you receive an unnecessarily large number of identical emails with order confirmations but no information about the delivery date. With high-priced products, you would expect correspondingly high-quality service – disappointing.

The telephone consultation regarding resistance bands and rubber bands was good. A more affordable option was found during the call (good for the club's finances). Excellent service and quick processing. The products are already in use.

We needed a custom-built structure for our garage to mount a basketball hoop. Gotthilf Benz Turngerätefabrik GmbH + Co. KG handled the planning, and now we have happy boys at home. From planning to delivery, and even with any questions about installation, their customer service was top-notch!
