Excellent service and very fast, you're in the best hands. The workshop is superbly equipped and makes a very, very good impression. I'll definitely come back. They also have a great selection of bike parts here.

I thought the idea and service of a mobile bike repair shop was fantastic – both e-bikes were serviced right at our home, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the same screw was left on both bikes after the service, and one bike was missing the air pump adapter. They said it would be sent by mail, but nothing ever arrived, and I received no response to my last inquiry. It's a real shame, because the concept and the initial impression were excellent – I hope the team will get back to me and sort this out.

New shop opened in Winnenden-Birkmannsweiler. I popped in briefly. My bike was repaired within a few days (gears, chain). Good service, fair price.

The repair we commissioned was carried out to our complete satisfaction. However, there was a very loud rattling noise afterward. I suspected the rattling might be coming from the chainring. He pointed to a bearing failure in the engine. The noise didn't sound like a worn chainring. After some research online, I replaced the chainring anyway. Since then, there's no more rattling. Everything is running smoothly. An engine replacement would have been expensive. I didn't say they were trying to sell me a new engine; they also said right away that they don't do that kind of work. That's fine. But they ruled out the chainring as the cause of the noise. Since manufacturers only replace engines these days anyway, I would have had no other option but to have it done somewhere else. The cause of the rattling was found and fixed. Best regards

Perfect service. I contacted them by email and received a call back the next day. Two days later, the "workshop" was at my door :-) Fair prices. Every price was communicated and agreed upon beforehand. Friendly contact. Excellent service. For me, there's only the Backnang mobile workshop from now on :-)

Absolutely top-notch! Carlos is not only a professional, but also incredibly friendly and reliable. He arrived right on time at 10:30! Thanks to his mobile service, I save myself the trip to the bike shop – simply brilliant! He takes his time for the customer, works professionally, and explains everything clearly. I'm absolutely thrilled with the work! The owner personally takes care of everything and works very cleanly and precisely. He gave me excellent advice and was always friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed by his expertise. My gears were adjusted so perfectly that I didn't even know a bicycle could shift so smoothly and precisely. The difference compared to typical bike shops is enormous. A real hidden gem, highly recommended!

An appointment was made over the phone to bring my bikes in for service. Everything went smoothly, and above all, the contact was very pleasant. Even when it would require additional work, they contacted me by phone to inquire whether the work should be carried out or not. When I picked them up this morning, my first impression was confirmed: very accurate, conscientious work, just as it should be. This definitely won't be my last time there; simply top-notch! Highly recommended!
