Excellent service. Our Finnlo cross trainer, which we had also bought there, finally gave up the ghost after 16 years, and we wanted to get the same model again. One call to Mr. Künzler – he had a successor model in stock – and within six days, the machine was fully assembled and delivered free of charge to our fourth-floor apartment (no elevator). They even took the old machine away, meaning they carried it all the way back down those four flights of stairs. A fair price, considering other options, and we're happy again.

I bought a rowing machine a year ago after receiving excellent advice. I recently had a technical problem. Mr. Otto Künzler answered the phone and immediately addressed the issue. The machine was working again after eight days. That's what I call good service.

Very satisfied. The selection is fantastic. The prices are also perfectly reasonable. The owner is very friendly. I would even give him more than five stars for that. The other employees are friendly too. Very satisfied.

Absolutely fantastic. We decided on a large treadmill in 30 minutes. We picked it out yesterday, paid for it, and it was delivered today. Great advice, great service. Awesome...keep up the good work. We're really thrilled.

A very nice boss who gave me excellent advice. And whoever wrote that he was just lighting a pipe in the building should really ask themselves why they wrote such a thing. There are also non-smoking areas, and the boss can decide that.
