A really great concept. Very friendly and technically brilliant. I took my bike there for servicing for the first time. I got an appointment at short notice and even a loaner bike. I'm more than satisfied. The guys also expertly fixed the botched job done by another workshop. I'll definitely go there again. I highly recommend it.

It's great that you guys exist... my trusted mechanic. I only wanted to have the gearshift checked, and it turned into something bigger... you guys are awesome! Thanks again for the prompt repair.... I'm not looking for a mechanic anymore because I've found mine.

This was my first time there with my e-bikes. I got a last-minute appointment for a check-up even though they were fully booked. They professionally fixed and repaired the existing problems. Excellent service and incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff! Great value for money, I'll definitely be back next time!

I called yesterday at noon and dropped off my downhill bike, and today I was able to pick it up with a fantastic new brake system. Top-notch service including advice, a very fair price, and above all, very friendly. I'll definitely be back!

More than satisfied. My 2019 Cube eBike needed a service and had a broken luggage rack. Excellent advice and absolutely professional service and cleaning. I'll be having my bikes serviced again at ALF Bikes.

I needed help with a no-name e-bike two weeks ago. The advice was excellent; the owner and staff went above and beyond to help. My brakes were repaired on the spot so I could get home safely. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

I dropped off my e-bike here to have some components replaced. The work was done well, but the prices for the parts on the invoice are simply unjustified and outrageous. For example: Shimano B05S brake pads, which can be bought in stores for around €10, were listed on my invoice at €29.95. I feel cheated. April 30, 2024: The company promised to get back to me. Unfortunately, nine months have now passed, and I haven't received any response. That says it all!
