Ich war auf der Durchreise, hatte Hotelzimmer in Abenberg gehabt. As a completely stranger, I needed the small parts on the bike. A super nice guy has conjured up the parts without many words. My stressed butt did well after about 500km. Thank you!

We had a breakdown on our tour. Radschloss helped us competently and repaired the bike. That was absolutely not a given, because: they were actually closed for another two days. But despite having their own private appointments, they still helped us right away. Many thanks for that!

I managed to get a bike fitting appointment with Jörg at short notice. After a helpful consultation, he performed a static foot measurement and optimized my cleat position. Then we got on the bike, where we worked together to fine-tune my riding position. My first longer rides this weekend have shown that I can now ride longer and more comfortably in the aero position. I've bought three bikes there in recent years, and I wouldn't consider any other shop. The service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly competent, friendly, and helpful. They listen to your wishes and needs, explain everything in detail, and take their time with you. For me, that's one more reason to make the longer trip. If you need a really precise fit, you can get measured and then have your bike professionally adjusted and set up. There are always bikes available to try out, and you can find the right bike for almost any situation. It's always worth a visit if you're looking for a bike. For me personally, it's one of the best places.

I'd gladly go back anytime! I recently had my triathlon bike checked out there. Everything was excellent and completely transparent. The bike was ready on the agreed date. Wear parts were replaced as agreed, and everything else was professionally serviced. The price was also more than fair! Therefore, 5 stars and highly recommended.

My favorite bike shop. Both the owners and the staff are always highly motivated and up-to-date on the latest technology. The advice I received was tailored to my needs and very honest! You don't get the sense of self-interest; they're truly focused on finding the perfect bike for me. They even take their time with the fitting service to go the extra mile! I'll definitely buy my next bike here again! By the way, I also love coming here for servicing! A very competent and helpful workshop at fair prices. All in all, they absolutely deserve their 5 out of 5 stars!!

Hello. I've been a customer there for two years and have nothing but good things to say. They take their time for each customer, whether it's about sales, service, or after-sales support. I've bought two e-bikes there and would do it again. I can also bring my regular bikes in for repairs anytime. A fantastic team.

I'm extremely satisfied with Jörg! I bought my road bike, triathlon bike, and mountain bike there. From the very beginning, I received honest and critical advice. Maintenance and repairs are also handled smoothly and quickly. He even went so far as to recommend a road bike that was about €2,000 cheaper than the one I had originally chosen from his shop. The bike fitting and adjustment, which I booked separately, took about 2.5 hours, and I haven't had any problems since. Great shop / great advice!
