We rented an e-bike from Radlstadel for several days and received a nice, high-quality bike. We also had a problem with our own e-bike (the shift cable broke, and the shift housing also needed replacing), which was fixed quickly, properly, and at a reasonable price. Thank you for the excellent service.

Today, we spontaneously rented four bikes without prior notice: two children's bikes, a trekking bike, and a mountain bike. We got what we wanted in no time: the bikes were in top condition, and the price was absolutely reasonable. The rental and return process was straightforward. We'd be happy to do it again!

Fast, friendly, competent, and the only bike rental place around Lake Brombach able to attach a dog trailer adapter in 2 seconds :-) Thank you so much, it was a wonderful ride! The location is perfect too.

We were on vacation here at Brombachsee and had problems with our e-bike (gears on the rear wheel). We received immediate, friendly, and very helpful assistance, allowing us to continue our wonderful vacation without any further issues. Highly recommended! Best regards

We needed a spare part for our bicycle. We had called ahead to inquire whether it was in stock. The employee was very unfriendly on the phone. Unfortunately, it was no different when we arrived. We did get the part, but the way the employee spoke to customers urgently needs improvement. Such arrogance is rare.

Unfortunately, there are no employees here. There's only one boss who works 12 hours a day for his customers. I don't recall any arrogant spare parts issue. Nevertheless, I wish you a safe journey.

We rented a bike, it was absolutely straightforward. They even quickly pumped up the tires on our own bike free of charge. We'd gladly come again!
