I've already had my second bike inspection done there and I'm completely satisfied. They're incredibly competent, relaxed, and approachable, and they explain everything clearly. My e-bike's rear axle bearings were faulty! The shop in Petershausen couldn't or wouldn't help me quickly. So I went to Bike Monkey in Allershausen! All our company bikes are now serviced there! Michael pressed the bearings in and out for me without any fuss! No appointment necessary, no waiting! Absolutely top-notch service at a very fair price! I highly recommend them! I'll be back! 👍

Excellent service! Michael also speaks excellent English, so if that is important to you then yet another reason to visit. I broke a spoke on my back wheel, and it was ready within 24hrs all finished, and for a very reasonable price. Not a repair I would have attempted myself. Very friendly, excellent communication, and a great experience. Highly recommended!
