My seatpost, which I sent from Switzerland for repair, wasn't picked up from customs for weeks. Eventually, they sent it back due to non-collection. This happened even though I had declared the seatpost as agreed and completely correctly (according to customs), and I was in constant contact with 11motors. So, high costs, a lot of stress, and a long wait for absolutely nothing. I'm giving one star for the otherwise friendly and helpful communication.

Excellent service, friendly, competent, and very helpful. Questions were answered very quickly. I ordered the item and it was delivered in two days. I needed a spare part for my refrigerator. Everything fit perfectly. I can highly recommend them.

Sent on Tuesday, returned on Saturday... and I even "wasted" another day because I paid the invoice a day later... Excellent service! Super fast processing time!

I can only agree – from the first phone call to the actual service, everything was top-notch! A truly fantastic service experience. Conclusion: It was unfortunate that my seat post gave up the ghost just in time for my vacation. Luckily, the guys and girls at 11Motors fixed it so quickly and easily. Highly recommended!
