The customer service was excellent. A product arrived broken, but the complaint was handled very kindly and without any fuss. Despite understandable reasons for a potential warranty rejection, they generously provided a free replacement, the delivery of which only took a little longer. Truly top-notch!

Coming from the states I was looking for a place for a repack of my reserve. Unfortunately I live in Eastern Bavaria and drove to drop my rig off. I was surprised how welcoming everyone was and professional the office is. Without me asking, they said they would repack it of I could wait a little bit so I wouldn't have to repeat the long drive. Not only did they repack it, but the riggers found an issue with my rig and helped educate me. I even left with buying a new jump suit. I would make that drive again. Great little shop and very knowledgeable and English friendly if you're still learning German.
