The staff in sales and the workshop were so lovely! <333 I popped into the bike shop just before closing time because I'd lost the cap on my tire valve and needed a replacement. I was greeted with a smile and, shortly after explaining my problem, was given a new, free cap. Such accommodating and friendly service – you rarely find that these days! :,) Thanks again so much!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. We came to buy a bicycle for our son, but none of the employees had the time or inclination to help us. Even after waiting for over 10 minutes, we were neither greeted nor able to find a staff member to help us find the right bike. We'll be buying elsewhere.

Hello,<br><br>We're sorry you didn't feel welcome during your visit – especially when you're buying a bike for your son, things should go differently.<br><br>To put things in perspective: When several consultations are taking place simultaneously, there can be waiting times. And yes, sometimes we're preoccupied with a conversation or task and briefly overlook someone – this isn't intentional, but of course, it shouldn't happen without at least a quick greeting.<br><br>You can always approach us in the store – even just at the counter or by briefly "catching up" with the nearest employee – and we'll take you to the consultation as soon as possible.

We happened to be passing by the Cube Store in Aschaffenburg, and I had a small problem with my Cube bike. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the service was fantastic. It was all very straightforward! Jan was a huge help! 👍 I can wholeheartedly recommend this store!

I would gladly give more stars, but I am absolutely dissatisfied with the service. I dropped off my two bicycles on Saturday before the scheduled inspection appointment (Monday). I was assured that I would be notified by phone as soon as the bikes were ready. After five days had passed and I hadn't heard anything, I called the store myself. I was told that the bikes had been ready for four days already and asked if I hadn't received any notification. When the store is busy, the service should be all the more reliable in providing information – especially when they promised to contact me. Upon picking up the bikes, I also noticed that the front brake disc, mudguard, and suspension fork of one of the bicycles were heavily oiled. When I pointed this out, the salesperson scoffed at it and dismissed it as unproblematic, commenting that I should "brake properly" and then it wouldn't squeak. The fact is: the brakes work worse after the inspection than before. This is unacceptable to me after an inspection. That's a real shame, as I had expected significantly more professionalism and customer service here.

In this case, we have to be clear: things didn't go as they should have.<br><br>The lack of communication after the bikes were finished is our fault. If a notification is promised, it must be provided – regardless of how busy we are. Having to follow up yourself is unacceptable.<br><br>The condition of the bikes upon pickup also falls short of our standards. Oil on the brake disc, mudguard, and suspension fork is unacceptable after an inspection. The response we received on-site was also inappropriate. Brakes must function at least as well, if not better, after an inspection than before – anything less is unacceptable.<br><br>We would like to rectify this and are, of course, offering you a free repair. Please contact us directly so we can address this promptly and properly.<br><br>Thank you for letting us know – and we apologize for any inconvenience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can wholeheartedly recommend the Cube Store in Aschaffenburg! I first met the team in March 2025 when I bought my first bike there. Even back then, the service was absolutely top-notch. I was later able to resell the bike for a very good price, and I received valuable tips during that process as well. In January 2026, I got my current company bike there, and I can only say: once again, everything was perfect. Whether it's sales, advice, or the workshop, all the employees are consistently friendly, competent, and dedicated. I have rarely experienced such honest, thorough, and customer-oriented service. The service strongly reminds me of a review I once received from store manager Mark Heine: You can immediately tell who loves their job and knows what to do. This same dedication and expertise is evident throughout the entire team. I'd rather pay a few euros more if in doubt and have this kind of service and dedicated contacts I can truly rely on. The workshop is also absolutely top-notch—fast, clean, and reliable. In short: I've never received such excellent advice; I'm completely satisfied. Thank you so much, and please keep up the great work! 🚴‍♂️👏

Unfortunately, I can't give 5 stars. And I thought the competitor from Mainaschaff was practically unbeatable. The sale itself went well; the employee explained everything to me, and that was my reason for buying. I also ordered a helmet, etc., which unfortunately wasn't in stock. They said they would get back to me... but no one did. Even after inquiring at the store, I only received the same answer: they would contact me. After four months, no one felt responsible. I had to cancel my first inspection appointment at short notice due to personal reasons. My cancellation wasn't processed until three days later—and then with accusations instead of a constructive alternative appointment. Instead, I was quoted the terms and conditions. Hello? Then, citing "many customer appointments," they simply blocked me an inspection slot that I obviously couldn't keep. This leads me to suspect that they're eager to sell a product, but their follow-up customer acquisition is still in its infancy, simply because there's currently a huge demand for e-bikes. That's not what sustainable sales look like.

Our reference to CUBE's guidelines was simply to protect you from a potential loss of warranty. Appointments at our workshop must always be scheduled by the owner – we cannot offer an automatic reminder.<br><br>Regarding your suggested appointment times: During peak season, we do not perform inspections at 4 pm. Our entire team is scheduled for the sales floor at that time. Workshop appointments take place in the morning, with drop-off the day before or at 10 am – this is our standard procedure to ensure we can work reliably. Alternatives would have been possible during the off-season.<br><br>There was also no error on our part regarding the helmet. The replacement delivery was known, and the helmet has now arrived – however, you had already purchased it elsewhere in the meantime.<br><br>We understand that not every process is ideal for every customer. However, some of the complaints you mention in your review do not reflect the actual process. We communicate our processes openly and transparently – and we stand by them.
