I was offered a pair of Nike Shox shoes, reduced by €10 because they had "glue residue." I bought them, but they didn't even last two months. They're cracked everywhere and are practically unusable. I tried to return them, but they simply said, "That's not possible because they were sold at a discount." Fake shoes, or even genuine Shox, would last longer. If you absolutely have to buy them, go to Deichmann, but not JD.

I was there yesterday and saw a great offer. I approached an employee (who I think was the store manager) about trying them on, and I immediately noticed their lack of sales enthusiasm – they were practically sales-resistant! Then I went to buy the shoes, only to discover at the checkout that the item was priced incorrectly. I didn't get the better price shown on the tag, and quite honestly, after this rude and unhelpful experience, I don't want to spend my money there. They really need to hire a proper sales manager who can motivate the rest of the team!

Most of the employees just stand around staring at the ceiling. I've never seen such a lack of motivation. There's no customer service. They're unreachable by phone. If you want to buy shoes but then try on a second pair, the pair you're planning to buy gets put away. I wanted to buy two pairs of shoes, but when they don't trust the customer and you have to keep running back to the employee, who then can't remember which shoes you've chosen, it's just no fun at all. The store itself is okay. The employees are a disaster. So unmotivated and indifferent, and they put away my shoes and clothes even though I said I was buying everything. Meanwhile, they chatted attentively with acquaintances or friends for over half an hour. If I were paid just to stand around and talk to friends, I'd gladly work here. I've never experienced anything like this before.

This place should be shut down. Out of 30 visits, the fitting room was only opened once, no joke. Many employees just chill in one spot and aren't interested in customers at all. Shame on you! Doesn't this place have a manager?

I wanted to try on a tracksuit, but the employee wouldn't open the changing room for me. He told me to come back in 45 minutes because he had to go upstairs and couldn't supervise me while I tried on the tracksuit. This is the first time I've had to ask permission to open the changing room without other customers in the store.

Not even one star... Scammers? I bought shoes today and the price tag shows €110 deducted, while the price underneath is €50. I'm curious what customer service will say... I'll never set foot in that store in the City Gallery again!

This store has a nice selection of branded trainers but the prices are very expensive. Hardly any good sales/discounts on too. You can find much better deals online and it is worth the wait.
